AdminZero services are scoped based on the workflow, access, systems, documents and requirements provided by the client.
Quotes and assumptions
Quotes are based on the information available at the time. If the work changes, access is unavailable, systems behave differently than described, or extra requirements are added, the quote may need to change.
Client responsibilities
- Provide correct access, test data and workflow information.
- Review and approve the workflow before it is treated as complete.
- Remove sensitive client information from samples unless specifically agreed.
- Confirm any privacy or security requirements before work begins.
Changes, support and results
- Changes outside agreed scope may cost extra.
- Support is not included unless specified or covered by a Care Plan.
- AdminZero does not guarantee exact time savings unless measurement is agreed upfront.
