AdminZero collects information you choose to provide through forms, email and shared examples. This may include your name, contact details, practice or business details, workflow information, software details and sample process documents.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your admin workflow, prepare a written audit summary, respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, scope automation work.
Form submissions
Website form submissions are processed through Formspree and sent to AdminZero by email. We use the information only for AdminZero enquiries and related follow-up.
Uploaded examples
If you share a sample form, screenshot or process document, please remove or hide sensitive client information first. Do not include actual patient or client data in the form unless specifically agreed in writing.
